Touchstone Partners is pleased to announce that it is advising HDFC Limited and HDFC Credila in relation to the merger control related aspects for the proposed acquisition by BPEA EQT group and ChrysCapital collectively of 90% stake in HDFC Limited’s wholly owned education financial subsidiary, HDFC Credila – which is the largest PE buyout in the Indian financial services sector. The closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals (including the CCI’s approval) and fulfilment of other conditions.
