Rathin is based out of the Bengaluru ofﬁce of Touchstone Partners. His primary areas of practice are domestic and international M&A (listed and unlisted), banking and general corporate advisory. He has experience in managing and assisting on various aspects of transactional practice, right from structuring and diligence to documentation and closing, in sectors such as information technology, advertising, poly packaging, manufacturing, hotels & hospitality and petrochemicals. He handles certain commercial and regulatory litigation matters as well.
Rathin is an alumnus of National Law University, Jodhpur and has graduated in 2014. He started his career with Tuli & Co and then Trilegal in Mumbai, before joining Touchstone Partners in 2017. He is qualified to practice law in India and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. He is also a qualified Independent Director under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
