Sameeksha is qualified to practice law in India. After completing her LL.B from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi in 2015, she joined Touchstone Partners. Sameeksha has worked on diverse transactions ranging from strategic mergers and acquisitions, to private equity, venture capital and fund investments. She has developed skills to deal with due diligence of target companies and / or assets, including an analysis of the relevant regulatory environment. She has worked across sectors, including information technology, insurance, renewable energy, oil and gas, infrastructure and defence. Sameeksha also regularly works with i-Probono (which connects civil society organisations with lawyers) to provide assistance to Indian as well as overseas civil society organisations.
