Sumnima is qualified to practice law in India and is based out of the Bangalore office of Touchstone Partners. She earned her BBA.LLB from the School of Law, Christ University in 2016, when she joined the firm. Sumnima’s focus involves advising several international clients on strategic cross border mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity and general corporate advisory matters. Her expertise spans a wide range of sectors including chemical manufacturing, insurance, fintech, electronic manufacturing services and renewable energy. Sumnima also regularly works with i-Probono, connecting civil society organizations with lawyers to provide assistance to Indian as well as overseas entities.
