Vaishnavi is qualified to practice law in India and is enrolled as an advocate with the Karnataka State Bar Council. She joined the firm in 2018, after earning her B.A,LL.B.(Hons.), from O.P. Jindal Global University in Sonipat, Haryana and is based out of the Bangalore office of the firm. Vaishnavi has worked on diverse private M&A transactions, public company schemes and business disposals. She has also assisted in providing corporate advisory and support for litigation matters.
